When you’re trying to answer new questions, that’s a good sign.

When you’re dealing with new problems, that’s a good sign.

Growth happens when you’re spending your time doing things at the edge of your abilities. Answering new questions and solving new problems are a good sign that you’re working at the edge of your ability.

But that doesn’t make it easy.
