WHAT IF WE PUT AN INFLUENCER BEHIND IT?

ARE YOU LOOKING AT ME NOW?

In relative terms, this environment is incredibly new to us. The amount of information we’re taking in all the time is unbelievable — and a huge increase from just a few years ago.

And so we are adapting extremely quickly. We have to – we’re in a fight for the survival of our sanity, attention, and bank accounts.

Every day, we are becoming more and more attuned to finding signal within the noise and seeking it out. We are so tired of pure noise.

Please – give me something good! Something real!

We are all honing an increasingly discerning eye.

And so, it’s harder than ever to stand out and make an impression.

Personally, I’m most interested in connecting and building relationships with people who have the most discerning eyes. People who are intelligent, hold high standards, and slow to trust what they hear.

These (you) are my people. And it’s been a slow, slow build to earn their (your) trust and attention.

I don’t take it lightly. And I appreciate you being here, reading this.

If this is the audience you seek to serve, don’t expect to just flip a switch. “Growth hacking” doesn’t work with this group. Spam, bots, or cookie-cutter advice for building your morning routine won’t work.

You’ll have to dig deep and give us something real. Show us that soft underbelly – what’s actually behind the message you want to share?

Why do you care? Why should we?

We’re social animals, lonelier than ever, looking to connect.

Read that again: we’re looking to connect, not just consume.

If you keep that straight, you may have a chance of appealing to a discerning eye.
