the road less traveled

In deep thoughts by Jay Clouse

Most would say that taking an untraditional, unknown path is taking “the road less traveled.” A metaphorical flipping of the bird to society and embracing true risk.

But that’s a bit of a misnomer.

A road less traveled has still been traveled enough to leave an impression. There is a blueprint and a tested path forward that has been done before.

Some folks truly trail blaze. They have no interest in the road less traveled, or any road for that matter. They seek to find their own path (even if that road ultimately leads to nowhere).

But then again, someone has to start the movement.
